I am a Clinical Social Worker with seven years of experience providing therapy and mental health services in a variety of settings, including private practice, telehealth, schools, homes, outpatient clinics, and social service agencies serving children and families involved in the foster care system. These experiences have allowed me to support individuals and families from diverse backgrounds while recognizing that every person’s journey is unique.

I believe that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where you and your family can feel comfortable exploring challenges, identifying strengths, and working toward meaningful change. Together, we will develop practical tools to strengthen relationships, establish healthy boundaries, build effective coping skills, and create a strong foundation for emotional well-being at home, in school, and in everyday life.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy. I strive to meet each client where they are and tailor treatment to their individual needs and goals. When working with young children, I incorporate play therapy techniques to help them express feelings, process experiences, and better understand the world around them in a way that feels natural and engaging.

I specialize in working with young children and their families, preteens, adolescents, and young adults, particularly those experiencing anxiety and depression and or have experienced a traumatic event. I am clinically certified in the evidence-based practice of Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and am currently completing training toward certification as a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) clinician. I am passionate about supporting children, parents, and families through life’s challenges and helping them build resilience, confidence, and stronger connections.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
