Want to get started? Here’s how it works:
First, we want to thank you for trusting us with your mental health. Making the decision to begin therapy is a big step and finding the right therapist can feel daunting and intimidating, so we try to make the process as easy as possible. Here are the steps:
Step 1: To start the scheduling process, we need your name, email address, and date of birth. After we have this information, we will send you a link to establish a patient portal where you can complete the necessary documents and upload your insurance information. You can provide us with this information via voicemail, text message, or the form below.
Step 2: Complete the documents in the portal. This includes information about your background to help us get you scheduled with the right person. It also allows us to obtain the information needed for insurance coverage purposes.
Step 3: After your documents are completed, we will call, email, or text you (depending upon your preference) to get you scheduled! Please allow us a few days to get you connected to the right person.
Right now there is a 6 – 8 week wait for an available therapist. This can seem like forever when you want to talk to someone, but we will work as fast as possible to get you scheduled with the right therapist for you!
