Lindsay Rebuck, LMSW

I am dedicated to working with adolescents, adults, and families who are struggling in their everyday lives and with their relationships. We have all been there in one way or another and our struggles have affected us. This is a safe, supportive place to talk about those struggles that you are facing and to learn how to cope and face those struggles. I have a passion to empower others and encourage them to take control of their lives when they are ready. I am here for you if/when you are ready to start making changes!

I have extensive experience working with teens who struggle with substance use, I am trained in family therapy, and am DBT informed. I have worked as a Child Protective Services worker and with victims of domestic violence in past.

I use motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and systems theory to help others look at how each area of their lives are affecting them in both positive and negative ways.
